Shaun Corvan is a video games developer by profession and aspiring writer.

He first started writing about Eshtar, on and off, some fifteen years ago. The aim was of it being using as the backstory for a Roleplaying video game he was developing. As the setting developed and the story formed though, he rediscovered his love for storytelling. Indeed, when he was a kid, he spent quite some time creating comics based on a video game character that he liked.

With that, he set out on building more of the setting, and the main storyline, as before but targeted to create a novel out of it. With some encouragement from family and friends, he recently decided to put his work to the public scrutiny.

Shaun is an avid bookworm, and a gamer since his early years. When home he is either writing, reading fantasy or sci-fi books; or playing roleplaying or strategy video games.

That said, he is also keen on trekking, and travelling, which he has done a lot, but claims that it is not near enough!

Of course, Shaun Corvan is too cool of a name to be a real one. It is a penname that will be used to publish his writing on, his real name, remaining a secret, for the time being.
